  5. Income abroad.
  6. Income from Shares-Bonds (Profits - losses)
  7. Residence details (address, PPC supply number, months of residence)
  8. Licenses for cars, motorcycles
  9. Proof of purchase for passenger cars, trucks
  10. Real estate purchase or sale contracts
  11. Details of landlords for principal residence rent paid
  12. Records for income from Donations, winnings from lotteries, etc.
